Our Corporate Social Responsibility

We regard Corporate Social Responsibility as fundamental. It’s something we embrace whole heartedly, we consider it a ‘win win’ for us, our clients, our local communities, charities we support and the environment. For NNDEV Consultancy, here’s what it looks like:
Working Collaboratively With The Local Public; Making Our Project, Their Project
Our local communities are, and always will be, one of our most important stakeholders. We take on-board what they have to say and ensure we keep them abreast of the programme of works and the impact this may have on them.
Ensuring Our Methods Are Sustainable And Environmentally Friendly
We offer sustainable solutions in the hope of giving future generations the same opportunities we have today. We like to get involved as early as possible on projects so that we can influence sustainability into the design. If we can reduce carbon, optimise resource efficiencies, source responsibly and promote health and wellbeing then we feel we have done a good job. And we’re savvy about it too, there are short and long term cost savings to be made so it makes commercial sense. We have a sustainable vision, driven by or people, to make a difference now and for the future.
Working With Charities And Religion To Give Something Back
We support charities and religious practices with their activities. We will always take on the responsibility to support who we can, and act with integrity in everything we do and every decision we make. Our employees volunteer their time to support these networks, and promote the positive effects of volunteering and the impact it has on those who benefit from it.
Developing Relationships Based On Trust And Honesty
As we grow, our industry peer group grows too. We have built relationships with clients, end users, suppliers, consultants, contractors, architects, local communities, experts from other professions and industry’s too – the list goes on. A culture of openness and trust is where these relationships can thrive, where innovation and collaboration is truly felt and mutual benefit is gained. We believe strongly in that.
Ensuring We Embrace Diversity And Professional Development In Our Workplaces
The construction industry is diverse, more diverse than ever. We embrace this, and hope to combine an increasingly diverse talent pool with an increasingly diverse pool of clients and customers. It is the key to our long term success and the industry’s long term success, we are happy to champion it.
